There is a variety of undergraduate programs offered by Brescia

Founded in 1919, Brescia University College is Canada’s only women’s university. In addition to providing an educational experience focused on academic excellence, the university provides students with mentorship and leadership. The college also encourages students to engage in community service and to be active members of the community. With a diverse student population, the college is committed to preparing future leaders.

Brescia University College is part of the Roman Catholic community in London, Ontario, and its roots go back to the Ursuline Sisters. These strong women of faith are dedicated to social justice and community service. They have built a campus that encourages the development of students’ leadership and wisdom skills. It also allows them to have full access to the larger university facilities.

There is a variety of undergraduate programs offered by Brescia. Students may earn their bachelor’s degree in a wide range of subjects, including hospitality management, information systems, entrepreneurship, and leadership. As well, the school offers a variety of diploma programs.

Throughout their college experience, students at Brescia are encouraged to work as a team and to learn about teamwork and communication skills. Brescia also hosts Girls LEAD camps that focus on building self-discovery, making change, and connecting with others. This brescia program is also designed to give teens the skills they need to be confident, competent and socially conscious adults.

Brescia is affiliated with the nearby Western University. Students can attend classes on both campuses and take two-fifths of their courses at Western. A Brescia degree is awarded to graduates of Western, so it is important to know how to apply for admission. While many of Brescia’s students are from Canada, some international students join the campus as well.

Women’s colleges have historically been places of sisterhood and mentorship. The AUW is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young women and providing them with the tools they need to become successful in their personal and professional lives. For example, a program called Pathways to Promise invites women working in garment factories in Bangladesh to participate in a program that tests their skills on the factory floor.

Besides the aforementioned academic opportunities, the Brescia College is known for its public speaking contest for girls in their 12th grade. Brescia’s annual event has been attended by representatives from universities across Canada. Approximately twenty-two women are chosen from 650 applicants to compete. Those who are selected are awarded an X-Ring, which is a symbol of a woman’s accomplishments.

Despite being the only women’s university in Canada, Brescia is open to students of all nationalities. Whether you are interested in taking classes in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, or German, you are sure to have a positive experience at the university.

Brescia is a Catholic liberal arts women’s college with roots in the Catholic Church. Dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment and academic excellence, the college provides a wide range of programs and opportunities to meet the needs of every student. Located on an idyllic campus in London, Ontario, the college is a safe and supportive place for women of all backgrounds to study.
